Makye Amay Hotel – Terms & Conditions
By proceeding with your reservation, you acknowledge and agree that the booking, if accepted by us, will be governed by the following Terms and Conditions.
Rates and Deposit: Rates are quoted based on the period of stay and are subject to change if arrival or departure dates are modified. All rates are in Indian Rupees. A 20% advance payment of the total booking amount is required at the time of reservation. Standard rates apply for 1 or 2 adults per room. Maximum occupancy per room is 2 adults and 1 child (below 9 years), or 3 adults. An additional charge of Rs. 700 per extra adult per room per night applies. Children aged 9 years and under may stay free of charge when sharing a room with an adult as an additional guest.
Eligible Age for Check-in: Guests must be 18 years or older to check in and register for a room.
Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is from 12:00 PM onwards. Check-out time is by 12:00 PM. A valid government-issued ID proof or passport is required at the time of check-in.
Complimentary Breakfast: Complimentary breakfast is available only for all rooms.
Early Arrival and Late Departure: Guests arriving before the official check-in time may approach the Guest Services Desk for luggage storage until rooms are available. For guaranteed early check-in, guests are encouraged to reserve the night prior to arrival. Late check-out is subject to availability and occupancy. Between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM, a half-day room charge applies. After 6:00 PM, a full-day room charge applies. Guests are advised to confirm late check-out availability with the Front Desk at least 24 hours prior to departure.
Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation of room booking 30 or more days before the date of check-in, 20% of the booking amount will be deducted. For cancellations made 15 to 29 days before the date of check-in, 50% of the booking amount will be deducted. No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 3 days prior to check-in.
Makye Amay Hotel reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice, in line with operational requirements and local regulations.
